Scored 14/16 on Health Month goals (had some wine to celebrate Kellianne's new job!) and didn't make my exercise goal.
Didn't do very well this week. Had amnesty, cheated a little here and there, only exercised once, didn't read anything, didn't make any progress on my Friendsheet, and nothing new happened with McLeod other than realizing just how much tax I owe for the end of the year stuff and penalties on unpaid excise and payroll taxes (oh yeah, and I'm talking to a lawyer now). On the up-side, I lost 2 more pounds, made a lot of progress of my Currently In Season iPhone app (and made some progress on the Facebook app too), stayed ahead of our personal budgets, had a healthy potluck at Kindra's last night, and did go to yoga once and it was one of the best ones ever.
- Weight: 157.6 lbs (down 2.5 lbs)
- Morale: 6
- Stress: 8
- Yoga: 1 time
- 100 pushup challenge: 0 times, but did do some when I got my new PushupFu armband to test it out.
- Friendsheet Art Project: no progress
- Financial budget: we're still way ahead on our restaurant and cash budgets, but behind on our shopping budget, mostly because of the emergencies of broken jeans and lost gloves. Overall, ahead by a good amount.
- 1 Health-related book: Didn't read it much, but did a little.
- Host healthy potluck: Didn't host our own, but did attend Kindra's and had delicious Thai curry with brown rice, spring rolls, chicken skewers, salmon cakes, and sweet potatoes. Played "Ego Trip" which was awesome!
- This American Life podcasts: Listened to another bunch. I liked the one about the cruelty of children.
- Friendlington: Still thinking about it, but no solid progress yet other than knowing that it'll continue to be a Facebook Connect app.
- Frame and hang art: no progress.
- Not spend as much time on the internet: Still obsessed with developing iPhone apps, so while I spent a lot of time on my computer, I didn't spend it on social networks for the most part.
- McLeod: Talking to a lawyer.
- Other: iPhone and Facebook apps!

Re: Pushupfu
My only feedback on the app at this point is I wish I could skip through the early lessons... maybe use the practice trial to see which level you're on and then start from there.
Do you know about hundredpushups.com? I've been doing that too and it seems like you both should know each other.
what's the pushupfu armband?
The armband is just the iClear armband that they recommend for easy attachment of the iPhone. It seems a bit silly, but I'm a nerd like that.
And yeah, this weekly review has been something I've been trying to get going for a while now. Any ideas for improving it would be appreciated.
